Hi, I'm Brooke!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned through my own experiences, it’s how powerful it can be to feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

For much of my life, I’ve navigated ongoing medical challenges that required me to become an advocate for myself. Along the way, I came to understand how difficult it can be when you’re struggling and simply want someone to listen, validate your experiences, and help you find a way forward. Those experiences inspired me to become the kind of support I had once searched for.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what may be holding you back, and move forward in ways that feel meaningful to you. Whether you’re navigating change, strengthening your relationship with yourself, or working toward personal growth, I’m here to support you as you move toward the life and the version of yourself you hope to create.

As I begin my journey in psychotherapy, I’m excited to build on the natural connection I have with others and bring it into my work. Through thoughtful, intentional support, I look forward to helping people better understand themselves, work through challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey.

How Brooke Supports:

Support for navigating the emotional impact of chronic health challenges, pain, uncertainty, and the changes that can come with managing your health & life.

Support for navigating anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, overthinking, and the pressure to constantly meet high expectations.

A space to explore who you are, what matters to you, and how to develop a stronger sense of self and self-acceptance.

Support for understanding how past experiences can shape relationships, emotional patterns, boundaries, and the way you relate to yourself and others.

What's it like to work with me?

Working with me is a warm, supportive, and collaborative experience. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling genuinely heard and understood — without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you should have everything figured out. My own experiences have taught me how meaningful it can be to have someone truly listen, validate what you’re going through, and help you find a way forward. I bring that understanding into my work with clients, creating a space where you can be yourself, explore what may be holding you back, and better understand the experiences that have shaped you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, working through past experiences, struggling with perfectionism, exploring your identity, or trying to strengthen your relationships, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we can work toward meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and manageable for you. As a developing psychotherapist, I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and intention. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, develop a deeper understanding of your patterns, and build the tools and confidence to move toward the life you want.

Outside the therapy room

Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who really enjoys the simple things in life. I love trying new restaurants, going out for dinner with friends and family, and finding a good coffee shop to settle into with a coffee in hand. I’m a big believer in making time for the things that bring you joy and connection, even when life gets busy. Whether that’s sharing a meal with people I care about, discovering a new favourite coffee spot, or simply taking some time for myself, I value finding balance and enjoying the little moments that make everyday life feel meaningful. For me, life outside of therapy is just as important as the work we do within it — and I think there’s something to be said for good food, good coffee, and good people.
